Melatonin                                           1.95 mg

Ingredients:

Anti-caking agent microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent magnesium stearate, Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L), Hop extract (Humulus lupulus L), stabilizer hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, acidity regulator dicalcium phosphate, thickener gum arabic, emulsifier maltodextrin, melatonin, food colour iron oxide.

Dosage:

1 tablet a day, swallow with water.
